For the safety of our clients and our neighbors, the following are things you CANNOT store in our facilities:

• Explosive or flammable items:
  This includes ammunition, fireworks, gas, kerosene and lighter fluids.
• Toxic items or chemicals:
  Any harmful item/substance/liquid that is harmful to the environment or negatively affects anyone’s health.
• Firearms and weapons:
  Anything primarily used as a weapon.
• Anything living or deceased:
  This includes insects, animals, humans, bacterial cultures etc.
• Anything illegal:
  This includes drugs, stolen properties and anything considered illegal.

You can bring your own lock if you wish, though we sell locks on the premises as well.

This ultimately depends on what you will be storing. If you’re having trouble deciding on the size you need, feel free to reach out to our storage facility team for guidance. As a rule of thumb, consider the largest items you have and then take it from there. If you are simply storing boxes, you can get away with a smaller storage unit.

Mini Entrepot Sauvegarde offers 24/7 access (for a small fee) to its facilities. Once you have your access code, you gain access to your specific storage unit and a specific access level, permitting you to get to your storage unit at all times.

Our facilities are heated and air conditioned storage units are offered as well. Ask one of our team members for air conditioned storage units and their availability.

Yes, we offer drive up units at our facilities. Ask one of our storage experts for more information and availability.

There are absolutely no hidden costs at Mini Entrepot Rive Sud. We are continuously transparent with all our clients. Our pricing is and remains as advertised!

Not at all. All our rentals renew on a monthly basis. You can use your storage unit as much or as little as you like.

Unlike most storage facilities, we don’t charge you on the 1st of every month. We charge you monthly on the same day that you signed up.
