You can bring your own lock if you wish, though we sell locks on the premises as well.

What size storage unit do i need?

This ultimately depends on what you will be storing. If you’re having trouble deciding on the size you need, feel free to reach out to our storage facility team for guidance. As a rule of thumb, consider the largest items you have and then take it from there. If you are simply storing boxes, you can get away with a smaller storage unit.

When can i access my storage unit?

Mini Entrepot Sauvegarde offers 24/7 access (for a small fee) to its facilities. Once you have your access code, you gain access to your specific storage unit and a specific access level, permitting you to get to your storage unit at all times.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are absolutely no hidden costs at Mini Entrepot Rive Sud. We are continuously transparent with all our clients. Our pricing is and remains as advertised!

How does your pay cycle works?

Unlike most storage facilities, we don’t charge you on the 1st of every month. We charge you monthly on the same day that you signed up.

Monthly Billing

Many competing facilities charge for 28-day months. All those missing days force customers to pay for a 13th month of rent every year. We charge on the basis of calendar months, recurring on the day you signed on - not on the 1st of every month.

Lease contracts

Our leases are established on a monthly basis. They automatically renew until you inform us of a cancellation. Contract cancellation requires a 14-day notice.

Moving around

We offer free use of moving carts and/or appliance dollies. Moving and packing supplies are also available on site.

Easy access

We provide access codes to each of our customers for easy access to our facilities. While you can upgrade to 24/7 access, if you’re having issues with your access code, you must contact the manager on site.

Restrictions

We do not allow the storage of animals, plants, foods, garbage, liquids, hazardous materials, illegal items or odorous goods (See Terms and Conditions for the full list of restrictions).
